The British Society for Rheumatology Annual Conference combines a wide‑ranging programme with a significant hybrid audience. Multiple rooms, platforms and audience types required production capable of managing scale without compromising consistency.

Working as the AV and technical production partner to emc3, CPG supported planning, onsite delivery and hybrid streaming as a single, coordinated process. Our role was to provide calm, dependable technical execution that enabled emc3 to lead the wider event delivery with confidence. This ensured sessions ran smoothly and both in‑person and remote delegates experienced a conference that felt controlled and professionally delivered.
