In January 2026, Carlsberg Britvic brought colleagues together for its first employee conference, marking one year since the formation of the business and setting the direction for the year ahead. With a growing portfolio of brands and a large internal audience, the event played an important role in reflecting on progress and communicating future plans. CPG supported the conference with end‑to‑end event production, ensuring the technical environment reinforced the message and the experience felt cohesive from start to finish.

CPG developed an integrated event design incorporating audio, lighting, LED and set elements, ensuring the environment felt purposeful without overwhelming the content.
