The Society of Acute Medicine annual conference brings together healthcare professionals who depend on accuracy, timing and clear communication. With several sessions running in parallel, the event required technical delivery capable of managing complexity without adding pressure.
Working in partnership with Eventage, CPG led the AV and live streaming production, coordinating technical requirements across every conference room while supporting a significant remote audience. Each space was treated as a live broadcast environment, ensuring content was delivered clearly and consistently both in room and online.
